SEC FORM ADV-W
SEC Form ADV-W is a form whose purpose is to retract the registration as a Registered Investment Adviser under the Securities and Exchange Act. SEC Form ADV-W contains various schedules which must be accomplished in the listing such as the contact information of the adviser, the current business, and the clientele’s status. Further requirements include the financial condition statement and the details of the books and records.
