SEC Form ADV-NR is form whose purpose is for the appointment request of agency with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a non-resident general partner or managing agent of an investment adviser. The data gathered under SEC Form ADV-NR includes information on the appointment of adviser and the consent clauses for the adviser’s non-resident manager or partner.
