SEC Form AW means Amendment Withdrawal Request. This means that SEC Form AW a filing which is used as a form of withdrawal for registrants who wants to retract a previously filed amendment under the Securities and Exchange Commission. The data gathered under SEC Form AW include information on the filing to be withdrawn, the reason for the retraction, and the contact information of the person who will be able to answer queries about the withdrawal.
