SEC FORM ATS-R
SEC Form ATS-R is a filing whose purpose is for the identification of an alternative trading system under the Securities and Exchange Commission. It is the alternative trading system itself who files this where information of its quarterly activities are recorded. SEC Form ATS-R is required to be submitted within 30 days of each calendar quarter’s end. The data gathered in SEC Form ATS-R include all the types of securities’ unit and dollar volume of trade.
