SEC FORM NT15D2
SEC Form NT15D2 is an alternative form of Form 12b-25 under the Securities and Exchange Commission. Form 12b-25 is a notification of late filing made by a reporting company. It decides the incapacity for the completion of a mandated periodic report when it was first due not backed up by reasonable effort or expense.
