SEC FORM S-8
SEC Form S-8 is also referred to as the Registration Statement under the Securities Exchange Act of 1933. In other words, SEC Form S-8 is a filing utilized by publicly traded companies for the registration of securities to be offered to its employees through benefit and/or incentive plans under the Securities and Exchange Commission.
