SEC Form U-7D is a filing whose purpose is for certification of a prospective utility holding company under the Securities and Exchange Commision. The data gathered under SEC Form U-7D include the summary of any kind of leasing arrangements of utility facility, a breakdown of the facilities’ costings, financing terms, terms of lease, estimations, and detailings of the facilities.
