SEC Form X-17A-5 is a filing which serves as a financial and operational report accomplished by every registered dealer-brokers under the Securities and Exchange Commission. SEC Form X-17A-5 is divided into three parts. One of these parts is an audit performed by a certified public accountant (CPA) that must be carried out yearly.
