SEC MEF Filings are filings whose purpose is for the additional registration of up to 20% more securities for a certain offering in accordance to Securities Act Rule 462(b) of 1933 under the Securities and Exchange Commission. The SEC Forms covered by SEC MEF Filings are SEC Forms F-1, F-2, F-3, S-1, S-2, S-3, S-11, SB-1, and SB-2.
