SEC SCHEDULE 13D

SEC Schedule 13D is a filing mandated to be accomplished any entity who are deemed eligible as a beneficial owner of a company stock by the Securities and Exchange Commission. Beneficial ownership is deemed eligible in the case that the entity which may be an individual or a group is in possession of more than 5% of a voting class of a stock of a company. The entity must also have power over the votation and selling of securities. SEC Schedule 13D must be accomplished within ten days of purchase with SEC.
