SELLER FINANCING
Seller Financing is also referred to as a ‘purchase-money mortgage’ that is a real estate agreement. It states that the purchase price includes the provided finance from a seller. This purchase-money mortgage is provided to the seller as a supplement to the buyer’s consideration for the property purchase. This mortgage is received at the same time as the transfer of the real property due to the fact that it is a simultaneous part of the transaction.
