SENSITIVITY
Sensitivity is the magnitude of reaction by a financial instrument to underlying factor changes. Stocks and bonds are financial instrument which are highly influenced by a number of factors. Sensitivity measures how much a financial instrument is influenced by these factors both positively and negatively for the purpose of trying to learn the amount of impact a given factor might influence the value of a given financial instrument.
