SERIES A FINANCING
Series A Financing is also referred to as ‘A round’ or ‘A round financing’. Series A Financing is the first round of financing after the establishment of a new business venture following the seed capital. Basically, Series A financing is the first instance that the company owning the new business is allowed to be offered to external investors.
