SIGHT DRAFT
A sight draft is a kind of bill exchange. This is a situation wherein the exporter holds the title for the transported goods until the time that the importer receives the transported goods and makes the payment for them. Sight drafts are often used in air shipments, ocean shipments, and international trade. The sight draft is payable immediately unlike the time draft that delays payment.
