SIX SIGMA

Six sigma is a quality-control program. It was developed in 1986 by Motorola with an original design to highlight cycle-time improvement and cut manufacturing defects below 3.4 per million. Today, the six sigma has evolved into a general business-management philosophy. It’s main purpose now is to meet client requirement, increase customer retention, and improve and maintain business products and services. Six sigma may be practiced in all the industries.
