SIX SIGMA CERTIFICATION
Six sigma certification is the verification that an individual has the appropriate skills to direct the Six Sigma methods and techniques. The individuals are assessed using a ‘Belt’ classification that are divided by color such as ‘Black Belt’ and ‘Green Belt’. The individual shall be placed in their respective positions in the organizational infrastructure based on the individual’s belt classification.
