SOFT METRICS
Soft metrics is the slang term for indicators that are intangible. Soft metrics are used to put value on a startup typically. Soft metrics are often hard to measure and even identifies but it gives significant information that may be used to predict the future of a company. It can also be used for larger firms but for larger quantity, hard metrics are more likely to be used.
