SOFT SKILLS
Soft skills are qualities and traits as well as interpersonal skills that describes an individual’s relationship with other individuals. Soft skills are often considered as complementary to hard skills in the working field. The soft skill is the emotional quotient (EQ) while the hard skills are an individuals ability to do his or her work or his or her intelligence quotient (IQ).
