SPLIT PAYROLL
Split payroll is the payment method that may be used to compensate internationally assigned employees. The functions of a split payroll is to cut down currency fluctuations so that the employee have money in the currency of both the home and the host country. It is advantageous for the employee as the burden of the fluctuating exchange rate is transferred to the company.
