STABILIZATION POLICY
Stabilization policy is a macroeconomic strategy whose primary purpose is to maintain stable economic growth. It was enacted by governments and central banks with activities such as monitoring of business cycles, adjusting of benchmark rates for aggregate demand control, and generally avoiding unpredictable changes in the total output. The total output is measured by the gross domestic product (GDP) and major inflation changes.
