STAGNATION
Stagnation is a condition in the economy characterized by a long period of little to no growth for the economy. It may also be seen during high levels of unemployment, rising prices, and hiking inflation. A growth that goes below the 3% mark is considered a stagnation. Even though it’s primarily used to describe the economy, stagnation may also happen to specific industries, companies, etc.
