SCIC
The State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) was established in 2005 by the Communist Party of Vietnam with the purpose of investing in state enterprises. The SICC is an investment fund owned by the state utilized by the government as it aims to be active in becoming a shareholder in state enterprises.
