SUNSPOT
In economics, extrinsic random variables in which participants reconcile their decisions. Although these variables do not affect economic fundamentals directly, they may have an effect on equilibrium since they influence expectations. The allocation of resources vary on sunspots to a substantial extent in a proper sunspot equilibrium.
