SWAP RATIO
Ratio an acquiring firm offers its shares in exchange for a target firm’s shares in a merger or acquisition. To determine the ratio, companies evaluate financial ratios including book value, earnings per share, net profits, and dividends. It may also look at other factors such as reasons for the merger or acquisition.
