SWEET CRUDE
Crude oil which contains low hydrogen sulfide levels and carbon dioxide, as well as lower than 0.5% sulfur. Refiners seek sweet crude due to its low sulfur content and relatively escalated yields of high-value products such as diesel fuel, gasoline, heating oil, and jet fuel.
