TEMPORAL METHOD
Foreign currency translation method using exchange rates based on the period assets and liabilities are acquired or incurred, not the current rate. The rate also depends on the valuation method used. Assets and liabilities valued at current exchange rate use the present rate, while those valued at historical exchange rate use the historical rate.
