TENDER PANEL
Financing method used in selling Euro notes through a revolving underwriting facility. The panel is comprised of 15 to 20 commercial and investment banks, which is authorized by a borrower to solicit bids to fund a project. It also acts as a selling agent for banks setting up the credit facility.
