TESTAMENTARY WILL
Traditional will which transfers an estate to heirs upon the testator’s death or the one who writes the will. The will is also used to designate guardians for minor children, choose the executors, and put up trusts for inheritors. Any individual over the age of majority and with a sound mind can legally draft a will.
