TOTAL DEBT SERVICE RATIO - TDS
Debt service gauge used by financial lenders to initially assess if a potential borrower has too much debt. Moreover, it shows the proportion of gross income already spent on housing-related and other types of expenses. A ratio less than 40% implies the borrower has an acceptable debt level.
