TREASURY BUDGET
Figures accounting the surpluses or deficits of the federal government. Released by the US Treasury monthly, the data trails changes in monthly balances to determine budget trends and fiscal policy direction. Drafting the annual Treasury budget begins in January and is normally proposed in April as the President’s Budget.
