UNDEREMPLOYMENT
Underemployment is a measure of employment and labor utilization in the economy, specifically by looking into how the labor force is utilized in terms of skills, experience, and availability to work. It includes highly skilled workers on a low-paying job, highly skilled workers on low-skill jobs, and part-time workers who actually prefer to work full time.
