UNDEREMPLOYMENT EQUILIBRIUM
Underemployment Equilibrium is a condition in which underemployment is consistently above the norm and has entered an equilibrium state. It results from the unemployment rate remaining steady above the natural rate of unemployment or the non-accelerating inflation rate of unemployment caused by sustained economic weakness.
