ULC
An Unlimited Liability Corporation (ULC) is a structure that allows a company to flow all of its profits and losses to shareholders. It protects shareholders to amass large amounts of liability in most situation except in the event of the liquidation of the company. Shareholders that got rid of their shares in less than a year prior to liquidation of the company is accountable for the company’s liabilities.
