UNRESTRICTED NET ASSETS
Unrestricted Net Assets are government-owned assets that have no external restriction with regards to their function but have commercial or exchange value. Unrestricted net assets may be used in any form accordingly by the government as seen in government accounting. Restricted assets are, naturally, the opposite of unrestricted net assets and have particular uses.
