UNSATISFIED JUDGMENT FUND

Unsatisfied Judgment Fund is money used to cover uncompensated expenses related to motor vehicle accidents. Certain states set aside money to pay for the damages and bodily injuries caused by the responsible driver who is incapable of paying for the casualties. With the unsatisfied judgment fund, the injured or the victim who is not responsible for the accident is covered at least with the healthcare and medical bills related to the accident. As a requirement, to be able to receive assistance from the unsatisfied judgment fund, the victim must be able to provide evidence that he or she is not at fault and the other party is responsible but does not have the capability to shoulder any resulting expenses from the accident.
