UNSEASONED SECURITY
Unseasoned Security are financial instruments that are new to trading. These kind of securities are the neophytes of the market that have the potential to be extremely volatile due to the fact that it has been only made available so recently thus it has no history or track record of how it performs in the market. In short, investors don’t have any basis as to the capability of the security. It poses a higher than average risk than seasoned securities but because of this very reason, it has also high upside potential.
