UNSTERILIZED FOREIGN EXCHANGE INTERVENTION
The Unsterilized Foreign Exchange Intervention is the effort of the monetary authorities of a country to manipulate exchange rates and money supply by controlling the buying and selling power of currencies and assets, may it be foreign or domestic. This intervention is categorized as a passive approach to fluctuations in exchange rates and enables the fluctuations in a monetary level.
