Word-of-Mouth Marketing (WOM Marketing) is a form of marketing in which a consumer’s interest for a particular product or service is reflected or induced in daily dialogues. It can be done through a variety of publicity activities organized by companies or by providing opportunities that would encourage consumer-to-consumer and consumer-to-marketer communications.
