ABSOLUTE INTEREST
Complete and total ownership of a property or asset. An individual who posses an absolute interest has both beneficial and legal possession of the mentioned property or asset. The term "absolute interest" informs that the interest of the owner is not diluted by an ownership of another party, nor dependent on conditions that needs fulfillment.
