ACTUARIAL VALUATION
An actuarial valuation is a kind of appraisal which obliged the creation and use of demographic and economic assumptions for the estimation of future liabilities. The assumptions commonly depends on an amalgam of experienced judgment and statistical studies. Since the assumptions are most of the time acquired through the use of long-term data, unanticipated trends or unusual short-term conditions can sometimes cause problems.
