ARM’S LENGTH MARKET
It is a type of financial market that is composed of many parties with no contact or relationship with each other aside from they’re doing transactions. In the US Market, Arm’s length market is considered to be the majority of exchanges wherein sellers and buyers are often matched according only to the details of the transaction. These parties will never know each other and they were actually involved together in a transaction.
