AVERAGE DAILY BALANCE METHOD
An accounting method in credit cards where the charges in interests are based on the amount owed everyday. To get the average daily balance the balance per day is summed and then divided to the number of days. The total average is then multiplied interest rate. To get the monthly interest rate divide the APR by 12.
