BRANCH OFFICE
Secondary location, outside the main office, conducting business of the company. Most branch offices are made up of smaller divisions of various aspects of the firm including human resources, accounting, and marketing. Normally, a branch office has a branch manager who takes orders from and reports directly to the management member of the main office.
