CAPPED OPTION
Option contract featuring a maximum limit on the holder’s profit potential. It is automatically exercised if and/or when the underlying asset hits a particular price. Needless to pay, a put option will be exercised when the price on the asset drops below the option cap price. A call option will be exercised if the asset price increases over the option cap price, hence, securing the maximum profit possible from exercising the option.
