CASH FLOW-TO-DEBT RATIO
Ratio of a firm’s cash flow from operations to its total debt. It shows the amount the company need to cover its debt, if it is devoted to debt repayment. This is used to assess a firm’s funds because it gives a better insight into a company’s capacity to settle its obligations.
