CO
Limit order allowing the purchase or sale of a security to offset an imbalance at market close. The CO order, accepted until market close, must have a limit price and a round lot quantity. It can either be cancelled or deducted by 3:45 p.m. for legitimate errors but cannot be cancelled beyond 3:58 p.m.
