CORPORATIZATION
Reorganizing structure of government-owned entity into a legal entity, having a corporate structure similar to publicly traded firms. These entities have a board of directors, management, and stakeholders. Unlike publicly traded companies, the government is normally the sole shareholder and its shares are not traded publicly.
