EARNINGS SEASON
Months of the year when most public firms release its quarterly and/or annual earnings. In general, it is accepted as the months right after the quarter-ends of the year, meaning it would fall in January, April, July, and October. It is because of the delay between quarter-end periods and the time in which companies can announce its profits after their accounting periods.
