ECONOMIC COLLAPSE
Total breakdown of a regional, national, or territorial economy. In essence, it is a devastating version of an economic depression in which an economy is in complete distress for several months, years, or decades. A total economic collapse is described by economic depression, civil turmoil, and escalated poverty levels. This can be caused by hyperinflation, stagflation, and financial market crashes, among others.
