EXCESS EMPLOYER WITHHOLDING
One or more employers hold above the total maximum amount of Social Security and/or railroad retirement contributions that must have been held from an individual taxpayer during the year. Employers must report it on line 67 of Form 1040, while all Copy Bs of the taxpayer's W-2s must be indicated in Form 1040.
